Our professional crew at Lucky Ranch has ample knowledge and several years of experience in the field to deliver you an unparalleled Arctic snowshoeing experience. There are several interesting places to visit and explore in the region.

Practical Information

If small children are joining the trip, we can take a Lappish sled with us so they can sit if they get too tired from walking.

It is possible to combine snow surfing with this adventure. Please note that for snow surfing, you need to have valid insurance that covers the activity. Lucky Ranch is not able to offer insurance for snow surfing. You are joining the tour at your own risk. Children under 18 years old can participate with parents or caretakers. This adventure is suitable for beginners too.

Lucky Ranch is located near Pyhä-Luosto National Park at Lake Pyhäjärvi, only a 10-minute drive from the year-round activity resort and ski resort in Pyhätunturi. You can reach us by car, or when booking a tour with us, you can book a pick-up (return transfer) either from Pyhätunturi or Luosto.

The nearest airport is in Rovaniemi, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours' drive to Pyhätunturi. The nearest railway station is in Kemijärvi where there is a bus connection to Pyhätunturi. Please always check the public timetable in advance. We are also happy to help you with planning your trip to us!

Cancelation Policy

We will charge a cancelation fee of 100% if the booking is canceled 7 days or less before the event.
We will charge a cancelation fee of 50% if the booking is canceled 14 days or less before the event.
