Route Overview

This helicopter tour will allow you to take in all the beauty Iceland's volcanic landscape is renowned for. Lookout at the moonlike scenery of the Reykjanes peninsula. Soaring above, you'll get to really appreciate its grandiosity. During this memorable flight, you'll also see numerous volcanic craters, Seltún geothermal area, Lake Kleifarvatn, Blue Lagoon, and Lake Grænavatn.

During this 40-60 minute helicopter flight, you'll have time to explore the incredible Iceland volcanic landscape. Numerous volcanic craters, Seltún geothermal area, Lake Kleifarvatn, Blue Lagoon, and Lake Grænavatn are among the things you'll see during this flight.

The tour wouldn't be complete without landing and taking the time to explore the picturesque landscape on foot. Therefore, there will be a 15-minute landing during this tour. We'll stop by Eldvörp on the Reykjanes Peninsula to see a 10-km long steaming volcanic crater. The rising steam from the earth and the rugged volcanic landscape will make you feel like you've just landed on another planet!

We'll catch a glimpse of Keilir mountain and the craters from the recent volcanic eruption. Fagradalsfjall erupted in March 2021 and lasted for six months.
